Any referred deal of AED 100,000 or more earns 10% on that deal — whatever tier you're on — and every new project or AMC plan from that same client earns 5% for 24 months. No cap on earnings, no agreement to sign, and no technical knowledge required — just a good contact and one minute of your time.

These rates apply on Starter, Partner, and Ambassador. They sit alongside the tier you have already reached.

5% on later work from the same client
On every tier, you earn 5% on each new project or AMC/renewal from that same referred client, for 24 months from the date Tamooh receives first cleared funds on the introduced project.

How much can I actually earn?
5% on your first five successful referrals, 7.5% from your 6th through 10th, and 10% from your 11th onwards. Separately, any referred deal worth AED 100,000 or more earns 10% on that deal — for any partner, at any time, whatever tier you have reached. And for 24 months after Tamooh receives first cleared funds on the introduced project, each new project or AMC/renewal from that same client earns 5%. Commission is calculated on the total project value — and there is no upper cap on any tier.
When do I get paid?
Your commission is released within 15 days of the referred client clearing their payment to us. For projects billed in milestones, you are paid proportionally as each milestone is settled.
Do I need to sign anything or register?
No. A successful form submission registers your referral. Our team will contact you if clarification or a programme agreement is needed.
What counts as a successful referral?
A referral is successful when the business you introduced signs a paid engagement with Tamooh and settles their first invoice. The lead must be new to us — not already an active client or an open opportunity in our pipeline.
What if someone else refers the same company?
The first submission we receive for a given company wins. Referrals are attributed on a first-come, first-served basis using the company and contact details you provide.
How long is my referral valid for?
Ninety days from submission. If the business you introduced signs with us within that window, your commission applies. Long sales cycles happen — talk to us and we will extend it.
Will my contact know I referred them?
Yes. We always mention who introduced us — it is the reason they take our call. Please make sure you have their permission before submitting their details.
Can I refer more than one business?
Please do. Every referral counts towards your tier, and the more you send, the higher your rate goes — permanently.
Programme terms
The short version, in plain language. These terms form part of our general terms & conditions.
- 01Commission is calculated on the net project value excluding VAT, third-party software licences and reimbursable expenses.
- 02The referred business must be new to Tamooh and not already present in our sales pipeline at the time of submission.
- 03Referrals remain valid for 90 days from the date of submission unless extended in writing.
- 04Commission is payable within 15 days of Tamooh receiving cleared funds from the referred client.
- 05Tier rates apply by successful referral count: 5% (1–5), 7.5% (6–10), and 10% (11+). Rates apply permanently once the tier is reached.
- 06Any referred deal with a net value of AED 100,000 or more earns 10% commission on that deal, for any partner at any time, regardless of the tier reached.
- 07For 24 months from the date Tamooh receives first cleared funds on the introduced project, each new project or AMC/renewal from that same client earns 5%. This applies on every tier.
- 08You must have the referred person's consent to share their contact details with us.
- 09Employees of Tamooh Tech LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible.
- 10Tamooh reserves the right to amend or withdraw the programme with 30 days' notice. Referrals already submitted are honoured under the terms in force at submission.
